About KarbonZ
KarbonZ is a carbon intelligence platform built for India. Individuals measure their carbon footprint from a short assessment and their bills, track it month by month and earn a KarbonZ score from 300 to 900. Organisations invite employees to measure employee-related emissions and export reports for BRSR.

Why does KarbonZ exist?
Most of an Indian company’s Scope 3 emissions sit with people and suppliers it does not control. Most people have no idea which of their habits matter. KarbonZ connects the two: the same answers and bills that show a person their footprint also give their employer measured employee-related emissions for BRSR.
How we work
- Only answered questions count. A category enters your footprint and your score only once you answer it or a bill covers it. We never fill gaps with averages and call it your data.
- Your account is yours. Linking an employer shares your footprint with it for reporting. It does not hand over your account, and you can delete it at any time.
- Plain numbers. Emissions are shown in kg CO2e per category, and the score’s method is published on the score page.
