Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the KarbonZ app, the employee portal or the corporate portal, all operated by Parv Communications Private Limited. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your personal data and is part of these terms.

Who can use KarbonZ
You must be 18 or older. Corporate accounts are for organisations and the staff they authorise.
Your account
Keep your phone and sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at info@karbonz.com if you think someone else has used it.
What the numbers mean
Footprints and scores are estimates based on what you tell us, your bills and published emission factors. They are for information and engagement. Corporate users remain responsible for what they file under BRSR.
Fair use
- Give honest answers and upload only documents that are yours.
- Do not try to access other people’s data or disrupt the service.
- Do not create accounts for other people without their consent.
Points and rewards
Points (KXP) and rewards have no cash value unless a reward says otherwise. We may remove points earned through false data.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile, Privacy and data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Liability
We work to keep KarbonZ accurate and available, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have jurisdiction.
