Delete your KarbonZ account

Deleting your account erases your personal data and cannot be undone. Download a copy first if you want one.

Steps

1. Open Profile and, under Account, tap Privacy and data.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE in the box to confirm.
4. Tap Delete account permanently.

You are signed out, and your profile, answers, bills, scores, uploaded images and company link are erased. We also ask the companies that process data for us to delete their copies.

What is kept

• If you were linked to an employer, activity already counted in its totals stays in those totals with nothing that identifies you.
• Records we must keep by law, such as the record of your consent, are kept for the period in our privacy notice.

If it doesn't work

• The button stays disabled: type DELETE in capitals.
• You can't sign in any more: ask for deletion through the data rights page with the phone number on your account.
