Download a copy of your data

You can download a copy of your personal data at any time.

Steps

1. Open Profile and, under Account, tap Privacy and data.
2. Tap Download my data.
3. Your browser saves a .zip file. It contains data.json, with your profile, answers, bills, scores and activity, and any ID-card or bill images you uploaded.

If it doesn't work

• Nothing downloads: allow downloads for karbonz.com in your browser, or try a desktop browser.
• You want a summary of who your data was shared with: see the subprocessor list, or ask through the data rights page.
