The corporate portal builds a BRSR Scope 3 Report from your enrolled employees' data.
Steps
- Sign in to the corporate portal and open Reports in the sidebar.
- Check 1. Reporting Parameters for the right financial year.
- Review the sections: 2. Scope 3 Emissions (tCO₂e) — BRSR Format, 3. Intensity Ratio Input, 4. Scope 3 Category Coverage (GHG Protocol) and 5. Methodology & Assurance Note.
- Under 6. Export Options, choose one:
- Structured JSON downloads a .json file.
- Export Excel downloads an .xlsx file with the sheets Scope 3 Summary and GHG Category Coverage.
- Export PDF opens your browser's print dialog. Choose Save as PDF as the printer.
Files are named like BRSR_Scope3_FY2025-26_KarbonZ-0001.
If it doesn't work
- The figures look low: check how many employees are linked under Employees. The report covers only enrolled, verified employees.
- Export PDF prints the whole page: in the print dialog, set Pages to the report pages only.
