Employees who sign up from your invite are linked to your organisation straight away, with no ID-card check. Only ESG heads can send invites.
Invite by email
- In the corporate portal, open Employees and tap Invite employees.
- Under Email invites, paste addresses into Work emails, one per line. Commas and spaces work too, up to 200 at a time.
- Optionally choose a Branch and Department. Everyone you invite this time is placed there.
- Tap Send invites.
Each person gets a personal link that works once and lasts 30 days. Under the button you'll see the result for each address: Invite sent, Already in your organisation or Not a valid email.
Share one link
- Under Shareable link, set Uses (how many people can join with it) and Expires after (days).
- Optionally choose a Branch and Department.
- Tap Create link. The link is copied; post it on your intranet, an email list or a WhatsApp group.
Anyone with the link can join until it runs out of uses or expires, so revoke it once everyone has joined.
Track invites
The Invites table lists every invite with its Status, Uses, who Joined and when it Expires.
- Resend sends an unused email invite again and gives it another 30 days.
- Copy link copies a shareable link.
- Revoke stops an invite working immediately.
People who join appear under Employees.
Other ways in
Employees can also link themselves with your Corporate ID (the form KarbonZ-NNNN) and a photo of their ID card. See Join your employer with a Corporate ID.
If it doesn't work
- An employee's link says it was already used: email invites work once, so someone has already signed up with it. Revoke it and send them a new invite, or send them the shareable link.
- "Not a valid email": check for typos or missing parts such as
.com. - Someone joined but isn't under Employees: refresh the page; some lists update every few minutes.
- Invites never arrive: ask people to check spam, then use Resend. If none arrive, write to info@karbonz.com.
