Invite branch and department heads

Branch and department heads get their own corporate portal account and see only their branch or department. ESG heads see the whole organisation.

Steps

1. In the corporate portal, open Settings.
2. Under Team Members, tap Invite Member.
3. Enter their Name and Work email, and choose a Role: Branch head, Department head or ESG head.
4. For a branch head, choose the Branch. For a department head, choose the Branch and the Department.
5. Tap Send invite.

They get an email with a link that lasts 14 days. The link opens Set up your account, where they choose a password and tap Create account. From then on they sign in at the corporate portal with their work email, their password and your Corporate ID.

Pending invites appear under Team Members with Resend and Revoke.

If it doesn't work

• "That email already has a KarbonZ account": the address is already in use. Write to info@karbonz.com and we'll move it to your organisation.
• "Choose the branch this person will head": branch and department heads must be placed in a branch, and department heads in a department too.
• The invite expired: tap Resend to send a fresh 14-day link.
