If your company uses KarbonZ, linking your account lets your footprint count towards its BRSR report and opens Company Programs. You keep your own account.
If you got an invite from your company
Open the link in the email or message from your ESG team.
- New to KarbonZ: tap Get Started and sign up with your phone. You're linked to your company as soon as your account is created, with no ID card needed.
- Already on KarbonZ: sign in first, open the link again, and tap Accept invite.
No invite? Link yourself with the steps below.
What you need
- Your company's KarbonZ ID, such as KarbonZ-0001. Ask your HR or ESG team.
- Your employee ID, as printed on your ID card.
- A clear photo of your employee ID card (JPG or PNG). Large phone photos are fine; the app shrinks them before uploading.
Link from your profile
- Open Profile and, under Company, tap Link Company Account.
- Enter the Company KarbonZ ID and Your Employee ID.
- Under ID Card Photo, tap Tap to upload ID card photo and choose the photo.
- Tap Verify My Identity.
When it works you see "Successfully verified! You are now linked to your company." Tap Done. The row now reads Linked to and your company's name.
You can also link during sign-up: answer Yes, link my company on Are you a listed company employee? and tap Verify Identity.
If it doesn't work
You see Verification needs review with a Name match or ID match check that failed.
- Make sure the name on your KarbonZ profile matches the name on your card. Change it under Profile, Edit Profile.
- Type your employee ID exactly as printed, including letters and dashes.
- Retake the photo in good light, flat, with the whole card in frame and no glare.
- Tap Try Again. If it still fails, ask your ESG team to contact us so we can link you.
